Home and business alarm systems
For a home, ease of use and the way family members move through the property are important. For a business, we also discuss opening routines, staff access and responsibility for responding to activations. Bring any insurer specification to the survey so it can be considered from the start.
Support after installation
We can discuss maintenance, system checks and takeover of existing intruder alarms. If you have inherited an alarm after moving into a property, send us its make and model and explain what you would like to change. Do not send alarm codes in an initial enquiry.

Can I control my alarm from my phone?
App access depends on the equipment, communication connection and any monitoring or insurer requirements. We can confirm the functions and any ongoing costs for the system being proposed.
Can I keep my existing detectors?
Possibly. Compatibility, condition and the intended system design need to be checked. We will explain what can reasonably be retained after assessment.
Can you design around pets?
Tell us about the pets, their size and where they have access. Detector selection and positioning need to be considered carefully; no suitability assumption should be made without a survey.
